The Company made a bond placement in the local market, dematerialized and bearer bonds,
registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under number 12/2022.
The terms and conditions of the aforementioned placement are as follows: Sub-Series EG Bonds, Mnemonic BONOEGO422, for
a total amount of $21,500,000,000.- (twenty-one thousand five hundred million pesos), dated
maturity on April 10, 2028, at an average placement rate of 6.83%.
