The conditions of the aforementioned placement are: Sub-Series EB Bonds, Mnemonic BCNOEB0422, for
a total amount of UF 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Development Units), dated
maturing on April 20, 2035, at an average placement rate of 2.85%.
