The Company made a bond placement in the local market, dematerialized and bearer bonds,
registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under number 12/2022.
The conditions of the aforementioned placement are: Sub-Series EB Bonds, Mnemonic BCNOEB0422, for
a total amount of UF 450,000 (four hundred and fifty thousand Development Units), dated
maturing on April 20, 2035, at an average placement rate of 2.85%.
