I hereby inform you, as an essential fact, of the following information concerning CONEXIÓN
KIMAL LO AGUIRRE S.A. (the “Company”):
On April 25, 2023, the Company, as a debtor, entered into an agreement to
the following credit agreements for the purpose of partially financing the costs of
construction and development of the new national electric transmission line “HVDC Kimal-Lo
Aguirre”: (1) “Equity Bridge Loan Agreement”, entered into with The Hong Kong
and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited as creditor; (ii) contract denominated as follows
“Intercompany Loan Agreement entered into with Transelec Holdings Rentas Limitada as
creditor; and (iii) the “Intercompany Loan Agreement” entered into with Isa
Inversiones Chile SpA as creditor. At this date, a portion of each of
the credits described above.
Under these agreements, each of the aforementioned creditors has
The Company has been granted credit lines for a total amount of up to USD$ 1,000,000.
160,000,000 (one hundred and sixty million United States dollars) under each of the following
