You, as an essential fact, that on April 20 of this year, a meeting was held
Ordinary Shareholders of CONEXIÓN KIMAL LO AGUIRRE S.A. (the “Company”), at the time and place
indicated in the respective citation:
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting adopted the following resolutions:
1) The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Auditors’ Report were approved
External, corresponding to the period ended December 31, 2022.
(2) It was agreed that no profits shall be distributed for the period ended on 31 June.

3) It was agreed to renew the members of the Board of Directors, the following persons being appointed:
– Gabriel Melguizo Posada
– Xue Yu
– Francisco Castro Crichton
– Francisca Castro Fones
– Jean-Paul Schaeffer Fabres
4) The remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors was agreed.
