Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions of the
General Standard N*30 and its amendments, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of KIMAL CONNECTION
AGUIRRE S.A. (the “Company”), which at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the
“Meeting”), held on December 15, 2022, it was agreed, among other matters, to increase
the share capital for an amount of Ch$19,724,751,000, through the issuance of 19,724,751 shares
ordinary, nominative payments, of a single series, of equal value each and without nominal value,
those that are fully subscribed and paid to date.
As a result of the above, in addition, the Board approved the
amendment of the articles Fifth Permanent and First Transitory of the bylaws
of the Society.
