In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions of the
General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of KIMAL CONNECTION
AGUIRRE S.A. (the “Company”), which at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the
“Meeting”) held on August 18, 2022, by the unanimity of the shareholders
proceeded to renew the Board of Directors of the Society, being integrated by Mrs. Francisca
Castro Fones and by César Augusto Ramírez Rojas, Francisco Javier Castro Crichton,
Xue Yu and Juan Pablo Schaeffer Fabres.
It is also reported that, on that same date, the
Board of Directors of the Company, agreeing to appoint Mr. César as its Chairman.
