In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and Article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, in my capacity as General Manager of Compass Group Chile S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of COMPASS DEUDA
PLUS INVESTMENT FUND (the “Fund”), we hereby communicate to you the
following information as an Essential Fact with respect to the Fund:
That having expired the term, the payment of the corresponding amounts was not verified
Settle according to the respective bonus development tables under the following codes
mnemonics BLATM-A and BLATM-C; those that are part of the investment portfolio of the
Fund and represent, together, 1.07% of its total assets.
