COMPASS DEUDA CHILENA (the “Fund”), we hereby communicate to you the
following information as an Essential Fact with respect to the Fund:
That having expired the term, the payment of the corresponding amounts was not verified
Settle according to the respective bonus development tables under the following codes
mnemonics: BLATM-A and BLATM-C, which are part of the investment portfolio of the
Fund and represent, together, 1.44% of its total assets.
