the Financial Market (“CMF”), the undersigned, in its capacity as General Manager of the company by
shares Empresas Juan Yarur SpA (the “Company”), registered in the Securities Registry with the
N*1114, and duly authorized for this purpose, informs you as an essential fact, the
next:
Today, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held in which it was agreed:
1. Distribute a dividend of $4,115.37 per share, which will be paid on Wednesday 21
December 2022; and
2. For those shareholders who so request, to pay from their dividend, the
Final Tax Substitute Tax (ISFUT) established in Article 25
transitory of Law 21.210.
