At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Compañía Transmisora del Norte Grande S.A., held on
April 26, 2023, the payment of a final dividend of $948.220034052651.- for
share, charged to the profits of the year 2022.
This dividend will be paid on May 26, 2023, to those shareholders registered in the registry of
Shareholders on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment.
