As previously reported, at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 27
of 2022, the renewal of the Board of Directors of the company was carried out, being elected as members of the
Marcelo Luengo Amar, Kebing Zhou and Florencia Emilfork
Bornscheuer.
For its part, at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors agreed to the appointment of Mr.
Kebing Zhou as Chairman of the Board
