Dear Madam President,
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the
Securities, and in General Standard No. 2 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
in my capacity as General Manager of Compañía Transmisora del Norte Grande S.A. (“CTNG”)
and duly empowered to that effect, I allow myself to inform as an Essential Fact what
next:
That on April 27, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting”) of
the company CTNG, in which it was agreed to distribute a total dividend of US$ 6,137,718, which
equivalent to US$ 0.550362344 per share will be paid on May 12, 2022 to those
Shareholders registered in the Register of Shareholders on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment.
