That on April 8, 2022, the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company, adopting the following resolutions:
a) The Annual Report and the Financial Statements for the year were approved
2021.
b) The policy of distribution of profits for the year and distribution of dividends was agreed
for the year 2022, in addition to the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the same period.
c) The firm Ernst 8 Young was appointed as External Auditors of the Company for the
Fiscal year 2022. Likewise, the newspaper El Sur was chosen as a newspaper for publications
