Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of
Securities Market, as well as as the instructions of the Commission for the Financial Market,
in Section II of General Standard N*30 and in Circulars N*660 and 1.87,
and being duly empowered to do so, I inform you, as an Essential Fact, of the
following with respect to Compañía Nacional de Telefonos, Telefónica del Sur S.A. (the
“Society”):
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today, it was agreed to pay a
Final dividend of 877.74 per share, charged to annual earnings
ended on December 31, 2022, which is equivalent, in total, to 100% of the
Net profits of the aforementioned year, which will be paid as of the 27th of
April 2023.
