N*18.045 of the Securities Market, as well as the instructions of the Market Commission
Financial, in Section Il of General Standard No. 30 and in the Circulars
N*660 and 1.737, and being duly authorized to that effect, I inform you, as
Essential Fact, the following with respect to Compañía Nacional de Telefonos, Telefónica del
Sur S.A. (the “Sociedag”):
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today, it was agreed
the payment of a final dividend of $83.98 per share, charged to the proceeds of the
Annual year ended December 31, 2021, which is equivalent, in total, to
100% of the net profits of the aforementioned year, which will be paid on account
of May 4, 2022.
