of Values N* 20
Dear Sir or Madam,
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045
and in Circular N*660 of the CMF, I inform you that at the Board meeting held on
April 12, 2023, it was agreed to call an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 28
of 2023, at 3:00 p.m., at the offices of the Society, located at Avda. Apoquindo 3721,
16th floor, commune of Las Condes; and propose to the said Meeting the distribution of the final dividend
N*327 of $74 per share, charged to 2022 earnings.
In the event that the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting approves the payment of the aforementioned dividend,
This will be paid on May 17, 2023. The right to payment of this dividend shall be the
shareholders registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on the 11th of
May 2023.
