at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29, 2022, it was agreed that
distribution of the final dividend N*”324 of $30 per share, charged to the earnings of the
Fiscal year 2021, which will be paid from May 11, 2022.
As a result of the above, we send you Form N*1 with the information related to the
Final dividend.
The publication of the notice will be made on May 2, 2022 in the newspaper El Mercurio de
