In accordance with Commission Circular No. 660 of 22 October 1986,
I hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of this company has agreed, in a meeting held on
on March 30, 2023, propose to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, set for April 21
of this year, the distribution of the final dividend N*13 of $5.71 per share, to be paid on the 2nd of
May 2023, charged to 2022 earnings.
If the payment of the aforementioned final dividend is approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting, they will be entitled to the latter.
