General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being
duly authorized by the Board of Directors, I communicate to you the following in the capacity of
ESSENTIAL FACT:
At the Board meeting of this company held on March 21, 2023, it was agreed
propose to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 25, 2023, the
Payment of a final dividend of $223.- per share, charged to earnings for the year
of the year 2022.
The dividend will be paid on the date determined by the Shareholders’ Meeting, complying with what is on the
Private orders Law No. 18,046 on Corporations
