In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, as well as what is indicated in the General Standard NO
30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and duly empowered to do so, I come
in informing you as an essential fact, with respect to Compañía Eléctrica del
Litoral S.A. the following:
At the Board meeting held on November 22, 2022, the
resignation of the Principal Director Mr. Marcelo Luengo Amar, assuming in his replacement his
Alternate, Mr Cristián Martínez Vergara. On the same occasion, he noticed the
resignation of the Alternate Director Mr. José Morales Devia.
