I communicate to you the following as an ESSENTIAL FACT of Compañía Eléctrica del Litoral
S.A. (the “Company”):
With this same date, Litoral Transmisión S.A. (company that was constituted from the division
of the Company approved in September 2021 and which is registered in the Securities Registry
under N*1,201) together with the 2,500,000 shares into which the share capital of Litoral is divided
Transmisión S.A., have been registered in the Santiago Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange, of
so that these shares may be officially listed on the Stock Exchange as of 23
June 2022; The latter date coincides with the exchange and material delivery of the shares of
Litoral Transmisión S.A., as reported in the notice published by the Company on 16
