REFERENCE : INFORMS ESSENTIAL FACT.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the instructions given by your Commission, contained in Circulars Nos. 662 and 1737,
the provisions of article nine and first and second paragraphs of article ten, both of the Law
N?18.045, and being duly authorized to do so, I come to report, as an essential fact, that
On August 27, the legalization procedures of the modifications adopted at the Meeting have been concluded
of shareholder dated October 20, 2021 (the Meeting), whose minutes were reduced to a public deed in the
