REFERENCE : INFORMS ESSENTIAL FACT.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the instructions given by your Commission, contained in Circulars Nos. 662 and 1737,
the provisions of article nine and first and second paragraphs of article ten, both of the Law
N?18.045, and being duly authorized to do so, I come to report, as an essential fact, that
On November 25 of this year, the procedures for legalization of the modifications have been completed
adopted at the shareholders’ meeting dated October 20, 2021 (the Meeting), whose minutes were reduced to
public deed in the Notary of Santiago, of Mr. Álvaro David González Salinas, dated October 28
of 2021, which were duly approved by the Commission for the Financial Market, through
Exempt Resolution No. 6982, dated October 25, 2022, whose certificate is duly found
registered in the Real Estate Conservator of Santiago, on pages 90,320 number 39565 of the year 2022, and
published in Official Journal N* N*43.410, dated 25 November of this year.
In view of the fact that part of the aforementioned agreements include the early dissolution of the company and the
authorization by the Commission for the Financial Market for the Commission to practice its own
liquidation, is that the administration of the Company becomes exercised by a Liquidation Commission,
in accordance with the instructions contained in art. 111 of the Law on Corporations.
Reason why, in an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held today, all and

Liquidator, composed of the persons appointed to the Board, Messrs. Hernán González Mañes, Sergio Alistes
