From our consideration:
In accordance with Article 9? and in paragraph 2 of article 10? of the Law
N2 18.045 on the Securities Market and other regulations in force, acting
duly authorized for this purpose, I inform as an essential fact of Insurance Company
of Vida Consorcio Nacional de Seguros S.A,, the following:
– On March 21 of this year, the Bidding Committee of the Association of
AFP A.G. initiated the Bidding Process for Disability and Survivors’ Insurance
(SIS), for the coverage period from 01 July 2023 to 30 June
of 2024, all as contemplated in the bases protocolized on 20 of
March 2023 at the Notary of Santiago of Mrs. Nancy de la Fuente Hernandez.
– On 21 April, tenders received for the invitation to tender were opened,
in the presence of the Notary of Santiago Mrs. Nancy de la Fuente Hernández.
– On April 26, we have been notified by the Bidding Committee of
the Association of AFP A.G., confirming that my client has been awarded 4
fraction of women and 6 fractions of men in this process.
