From our consideration:
According to the provisions of article 9? and in article 10, paragraph 2*? of Law No. 18.045
on the Securities Market and other regulations in force, acting duly empowered for this purpose,
I report as an essential fact of Compañía de Seguros de Vida Consorcio Nacional de Seguros
S.A. (the “Company”), which in ordinary session of this same date, the Board of Directors of the Company
has agreed to pay an interim dividend of $55,000,000,263 (fifty-five billion).

The approved dividend will be made available to shareholders as of the 7th of
