Ref. Resignation of Director.
Dear Sir or Madam:
COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS DE VIDA CAMARA S.A., hereby, by virtue of the provisions
in article 92 and second paragraph of article 10% of Law 18,045, and in Circulars 662 and
991 of that Commission, communicates as an essential fact the following:
At its meeting on December 21 of this year, the Board of Directors took note of
the resignation of Mr. Pablo González Figari as director of the Insurance Company of
Vida Cámara S.A., which became effective as of that date. At the same meeting the
Board approved to appoint Mr. Sebastian Reyes Gloffka, who
He will remain in office until the next ordinary meeting of shareholders.
