In accordance with the provisions of the consolidated text of Circular No. 662 dated 17/11/1986, on facts
Relevant, being duly authorized, we inform you of the following:
1.
Our Company has extended, until December 31, 2023, the obligation of its subsidiary
Recuperos S.A. to reimburse the provision for recovery expenses for MM $2,000 due on 31
of December of this year, obligation that will accrue interest at a rate of 0.97% per month due
from January 1, 2023 until full and effective payment. The extension has been duly
Formalized. In addition, Recuperos S.A. was obliged to reimburse MM $500 in 12 monthly installments and
successive from January 2023, obligation that will accrue interest at a rate of 0.97%
monthly due as of January 1, 2023. All of the above has been duly formalized.
In turn, our subsidiary Recuperos S.A. has extended, until December 31, 2023, the obligation
of its related ASF Logística SpA to reimburse the provision for recovery expenses by MM
$ 3,500 that matured on December 31 of this year, obligation that will accrue interest at a rate of
0.97% monthly due from January 1, 2023 until full and effective payment. The extension
has been duly formalized. In addition, ASF Logística SpA was obliged to reimburse MM $500 in 12
Monthly and successive installments from January 2023, an obligation that will accrue interest to
a rate of 0.97% per month due as of January 1, 2023. All of the above, has been
duly formalized.
The previous carry-overs will not significantly affect the available assets of the
Company.
