From our consideration,
By virtue of this and in accordance with the provisions of Article N* 9 paragraph
second of Article 10 of Law 18.045, Circular No. 991 of that Commission and
other regulations in force, I inform you as an Essential Fact of
Compañía de Seguros Confuturo S.A. (“Confuturo” or the “Company”), the following:
The Board of Directors of Compañía de Seguros Confuturo S.A., in session of the 29th of
March 2023, agreed to summon the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company for the
Tuesday, April 25 of this year, at 12:00 noon, in the office of the
Company located at Avenida Apoquindo N* 6750, 19th floor, Las Condes commune,
in order to rule on the following matters:
1. Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2022;
2. Profit for the Year;
3. Election of Board Members;
4. Board Remuneration for 2023
5. Designation of External Audit Company;
6. Social Business and Operations referred to in Title XVI of Law N*
18.046;
7. Other matters of social interest that are within the competence of the Board
Ordinary.
The Company’s Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022, are
published on the Company’s website, having sent the respective
hyperlink to that Commission.
Additionally, we inform you that all the information necessary for the
Evaluation of the points of the table has been delivered to the shareholders.
If at the date of the Meeting the participation of the shareholders in form is not possible
In person, participation will be allowed through the use of technological means that
the Company will authorize this in accordance with the provisions of NCG N*435
and Circular Letter N*1141 of your Commission.
