of the Securities Market, and the provisions of Circular N* 991 of that Commission, and in use of the powers
which has been conferred upon me, I communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations,
regarding the vacancy of a director, at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors dated January 25, 2023,
the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mrs. Carolina Arroyo Lagos as Director.
