By virtue of the present and in accordance with the provisions of articles 9″ and 10″ of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market, General Standard N* 30 and other regulations
dictated for this purpose by that Commission for the Financial Market (*CMF”), I inform you in
essential factual character of Compañía de Seguros Confuturo S.A. (“Confuturo” or the
“Company”), the following:
As of July 1, 2022, Mr. Diego Silva Robert, who worked in the
position of Development Manager, ceased to provide services for this Company.
Also, from the date previously indicated, the Development Management changed its name
a Development and Corporate Affairs Management, and will be led by Mr. Mauricio Fasce
Pineda, who until June 30, 2022 served as Commercial Manager of
Confuturo.
As a result of the above, the position of Commercial Manager has been temporarily vacant.
