REGISTRATION REGISTER OF SECURITIES N’ 071
ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
By agreement of the Board of Directors, the shareholders are summoned to the Ordinary General Meeting for April 26
of 2023, at 10.00 am, at the offices of the Company, Prat Street N* 887, 4th floor, Valparaíso, to treat the
following matters:
1. Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements of the Company, corresponding to the year ended on
December 31, 2022.
2. Distribution of profits for the year: Propose the payment of a final dividend N* 126 of
$ 200.- per share.
3. Set the dividend policy for 2023.
4. Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the Fiscal Year 2023
5. To fix the remuneration of the Directors who are members of the Committee referred to in Article 50 bis of the
Law 18.046; to establish the operating expenditure budget for that Committee.
6. Designate the independent audit firm for the financial year 2023.
7. Designation of the newspaper for publication of notices.
8. To account for the operations referred to in Article 44 of Law No. 18,046.
9. Other matters of social interest of competence of this type of Boards.
The Balance Sheet and Financial Statements, duly audited, the Annual Report, the Proposal of
Auditors and other documents supporting matters submitted for consideration by shareholders
are available at the offices of the Society.
PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Balance Sheet of Cía. of Inversiones La Española S.A. as of December 31, 2022, will be published in the DF Digital
on April 14, 2023.
BOARD INVOLVEMENT
Shareholders registered in the registry will have the right to participate in the Meeting, on April 20, 2023. The
Qualification of the powers of attorney shall be made in the same place as it, and immediately before its initiation.
