At the Board Meeting held on the 7th of this year, it was agreed to pay a dividend
provisional N*124 of $ 80.- per share, charged to the results of the year 2022, is

The dividend will be paid as of August 4 to shareholders registered in the Registry
at the close of July 29, 2022. For those shareholders who have not instructed them to be
