In accordance with the instructions given by that Commission and in accordance with the provisions
by article 9 and paragraph 2 ” of article 10 of Law 18,045, we allow ourselves to communicate that
at the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, held on April 27, 2022,
They reached the following agreements:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and report of the company of
External audit for the year ended 31 December 2021
2. The following persons were elected as titular Directors.

3. It was approved to pay on May 18, 2022 the final Dividend N* 123 of $ 340.-
per share against 2021 results
4. The remuneration of the Board of Directors and Committee for the year 2022 was agreed
5. As a dividend policy, it was agreed to empower the Board of Directors to distribute up to
100% of distributable net income for 2022 through two payments
provisional quarters in the June-August and October-December quarters of 2022 and a
final dividend in May 2023. In addition, it was agreed to empower the Board of Directors to
distribute additional or eventual dividends charged to accumulated profits of
previous years if the Statement of Cash Flows for the year 2022 allows it.
