ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
By agreement of the Board of Directors, the shareholders are summoned to the Ordinary General Meeting for April 27
of 2022, at 11.00 am, at the Company’s offices, Calle Prat N* 887, 4th floor, Valparaíso, to discuss
the following subjects:

Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements of the Company, corresponding to the year ended
December 31, 2021.
Election of Boards.
Distribution of profits for the year: Propose the payment of a final dividend N* 123 $
275.- per share.
Set the dividend policy for 2022.
Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the Fiscal Year 2022
To fix the remuneration of the Directors who are members of the Committee referred to in Article 50 bis of
Law 18.046; to establish the operating expenditure budget for that Committee.
Appoint the External Auditors for the financial year 2022.
Designation of the newspaper for publication of notices.
To account for the operations referred to in Article 44 of Law No. 18,046.
Other matters of social interest of competence of this type of Boards.
The Balance Sheet and Financial Statements, duly audited, the Annual Report, the Proposition
of Auditors and the other documents that support the matters submitted to the consideration of the
shareholders are available at the Company’s offices.
PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Balance Sheet of Cía. of Inversiones La Española S.A. as of December 31, 2021, will be published in Mexico City
Digital on April 13, 2022.
BOARD INVOLVEMENT
The shareholders registered in the register will have the right to participate in the Meeting, on April 21, 2022, The
Qualification of the powers of attorney shall be made in the same place as it, and immediately before its initiation.
