From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations and duly authorized,
we inform you as an essential fact of the company Compañía Chilena de
Fósforos S.A. that in the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today
adopted the following agreements:
1.- The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the
External Auditors for the year 1? January
and December 31, 2022.
2.- The distribution of Profits for the 2022 Fiscal Year was agreed with a dividend
Final minimum mandatory of $9.8042 per share, to be paid from
April 28, 2023 to shareholders registered in the Shareholders’ Register with
five days in advance of that date, at the offices of Sercor S.A. located
at Av El Golf 140, Las Condes, Santiago.
3.- The company was appointed as External Auditors for the 2023 Fiscal Year
PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
4.- The remuneration of the Board of Directors for the Fiscal Year 2023 was determined, likewise,
fixed the remuneration and budget of the Directors’ Committee for it
period, according to Article 50 bis of Law No. 18,046.
5.- The Dividend policy was informed.
6.- Information was provided on the operations referred to in Article 147 of the Law on
Corporations.

9.- It was determined the, in the newspaper “La Nación” or and if it could not in that
newspaper, in the “Diario Financiero” or “El Pulso”, either in its digital versions or
printed with these media for the purposes of the publications to be made by the
society and, failing that, in the Official Journal.
