In accordance with the provisions of Articles N2 9 and N2 10 second paragraph of Law N2 18,045,
to the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of this Commission, and duly authorized, I comply
with informing you as an Essential Fact of the following:
That on March 30, 2023, the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Comercial de Comercial de
Valores Servicios Financieros SpA., in which the following matters were approved:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements of the company corresponding to the
Fiscal year 2022.
2. The Appointment of BDO Auditors €. Consultores Limitada as External Auditors for the
Year 2023.
3. Ratify the provisional dividends for 2022.
4. The election of the members of the Board of Directors, appointing Jaime Abumohor Gidi for that purpose;
Paul Abumohor Nordenflycht; Jaime Bonilla Rozas; Juan Carlos Cornejo Grandón; Christian
Tauber Dominguez; Christian Onetto Maitland; Irene Ferrufino Riveros.
5. Maintain the diet of directors currently in force.
6. Reports were given on operations referred to in Article 44 of Law No. 18,046.
