In accordance with the provisions of articles N2 9 and N2 10 second paragraph of Law N? 18.045,
to the provisions of General Standard N? 30 of this Commission, and duly authorized, I comply
with informing you as an Essential Fact of the following:
That in the Ordinary Session of the Board of Directors held on March 9, 2023, the Board has been summoned
Ordinary Shareholders of the company COMERCIAL DE VALORES SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS SpA., for the
March 30, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., at the company’s offices located at Calle Tajamar N*183,
9th floor of the commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to submit to the consideration of the shareholders
the following subjects:
d. Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements of the Company
corresponding to the year 2022.
Appointment of the External Auditors for the year 2023.
Distribution of profits for the year 2022.
Election of the Board of Directors.
Remuneration of the Board of Directors.
