In accordance with the provisions of Articles N*%9 and N*10 subsection
second of Law N.* 18.045, to the provisions of General Rule N*30
of this Commission, and duly authorized, I comply with informing you with
The following are essential facts:
That on December 27, 2022, the Extraordinary Meeting was held
of Shareholders of Comercial de Valores Servicios Financieros SpA, in which
approved the following subjects:
1. Capital Increase: Increase the capital of the Commercial Company
de Valores Servicios Financieros SpA., of the sum $9,881,873,614, divided into
11,997,997 common shares, in the amount of $13,181,873,614 divided into
16,222,997 shares, through the issue of 4,125,000 payment shares,
nominative, ordinary, all of the same series and without nominal value, payable
on the spot and whose reference value per share is $800.
2. Payment Method: That the shares that are subscribed by the shareholder,
can be paid in kind, through the contribution in domain of a total of
16,603,181 shares of the company Comercial de Valores Leasing SpA., Sole Role
Tax N*99.560.130-3, representing 100% of the capital and participation
of that company.
3. Right and preferential subscription option: The company
INVERSIONES NEVADA S.A., duly represented, exercised its right and
Preferred option, subscribing the amount of 4,125,000 shares comprising
the increase, which were paid on the spot through the contribution in domain
of the shares of the company Comercial de Valores Leasing SpA., as defined by

indicated in the previous point.
4. Reform of the statutes: On the occasion of the capital increase,
shall make the amendments to the Articles of Association of the company in their fifth articles
and first transitory.
