18.045, to the provisions of General Standard N.? 30 of this Commission, and duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of the following:
That in the Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 9, 2022, it has been cited
a Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the company COMERCIAL DE VALORES SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS SpA.,
for December 27, 2022 at 09:00 hours, at the company’s offices located on Calle
Tajamar N*183, 9th floor of the Commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to submit for consideration
of the shareholders the following matters:
and Approve a capital increase in the Company, for up to $3,300,000,000, or in the amount
determined by the Meeting, through the issuance of payment shares, which must be subscribed
and paid within such period as may be agreed by the Board.
+ In general, adopt the amendments of the bylaws and all other agreements, which may be
necessary or convenient for the materialization of the decisions resolved by the Board.
All shareholders who, at the time of its commencement, shall have the right to participate in the aforementioned meeting,
