I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of the following:
That on November 23, 2022, Comercial de Valores Servicios Financieros SpA approved
a capital increase of its subsidiary in Peru, the company “COMERCIAL DE VALORES SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS”
PERU S.A.C”, which was paid in full, according to the following detail:
Subscription and payment of shares: It was agreed to increase the capital of the company Comercial Valores
Servicios Financieros Perú S.A.C, of the sum of 3,402,000 soles, divided into 3,402,000 shares, to
the amount of 11,094,000 soles, divided into 11,094,000 shares, through the issuance of
7,692,000 shares with a nominal value of 1 sol per share, which were fully subscribed and
paid by Comercial de Valores Servicios Financieros SpA.
