That in Lima, on April 29, 2022, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the COMERCIAL DE Company
VALORES SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS PERU S.A.C., a subsidiary of Comercial de Valores Servicios Financieros
Spa. in Lima, Peru, agreed as follows:
(i) To replace Mr. Francisco Javier Aguilar Celis, in the position of General Manager
of the Company COMERCIAL DE VALORES SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS PERU S.A.C. to Mr. Marco
Antonio Bravo Meneses, as of April 30, 2022.
(ii) To accept the resignation from the position of Director of Mr. Mauricio Gabriel Varela Vial, for the period
2021-2023, and appoint Mr. Christian Eduard Tauber Domínguez, as a new member of the
Directory of the Company COMERCIAL DE VALORES SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS PERU S.A.C., for the
