In accordance with the provisions of Articles N2 9 and N2 10 second paragraph of Law N2 18,045,
provided for in General Standard N2 30 of this Commission and duly authorized, I comply with
inform you as an Essential Fact of the following:
That on April 26, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Comercial de Valores Servicios was held.
Financieros SpA, in which the following matters were approved:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements of the Company corresponding to the year of the
Year 2021.
The Appointment of BDO Auditors 8. Consultores Limitada as External Auditors by 2022.
Ratify provisional dividends for the year 2021.
The members of the board were renewed.
It was agreed to maintain the directors’ diet currently in force.
The newspaper in which the notices of summons to Shareholders’ Meetings should be published was determined.
Reports were given on operations referred to in Article 44 of Law No. 18,046.
