inform you as an Essential Fact of the following:
That in the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 7, 2022, the Board has been summoned
Ordinary Shareholders of the company COMERCIAL DE VALORES SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS SpA. for the 26th
of April 2022, at 4:00 p.m., at the company’s offices located at Calle Nueva Tajamar N*183,
ninth floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to submit to the consideration of the shareholders

corresponding to the year 2021.
2. Appointment of the External Auditors for the year 2022.
