Securities Market N*18.045, and the provisions of Section II of the Character Standard
General N*30 of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today Commission for the Market
Financial, being duly empowered to this effect, I come to communicate in
essential factual character with respect to Patio Comercial SpA (the “Company”), which in Board
Ordinary Shareholders of the Company held today, the board of directors of the
Society was revoked, appointing the following members who would integrate it: Luis
Andrés Solari Urquieta, Patricio Sandro Rojas Ramos, Franco Roberto Mellafe Angelini,
Sebastian Maurice Khamis Jadue, Ignacio Octavio Benjamin Bolelli Alvarez, Rafael
Villanueva Merino, Oscar Antonio Lería Luksic, Cristián Abumohor Aresti and Alejandra
Juana Mustakis Sabal.
