Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and Article 10(2) of the
Securities Market Law N*18.045, and the provisions of Section 11 of the Securities Market Standard
General Character N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, finding me
duly authorized for this purpose, I come to communicate the following regarding Patio
Comercial SpA (the “Company”), as an essential fact:
That on August 22 of this year, Mr. Christopher Higgins Blundin
Douglas submitted to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company his resignation from the position of
director of Patio Comercial SpA, resignation that was accepted by the unanimity of the
directors of the Company in a meeting held on the same date.
Along with the above, in the aforementioned board session, the Board of Directors of
the Society unanimously agreed to appoint Don Franco from the same date.
Mellafe Angelini as director of the Society, replacing Mr. Blundin, who
He accepted his nomination at the same meeting.
