General N*30 of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today Commission for the Market
Financial, being duly empowered to this effect, I come to communicate in
essential factual character with respect to Patio Comercial SpA (the “Company”), which in Board
Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company held on May 30, 2022 (the
“Meeting”), it was agreed to increase the capital of the Company in the amount of $23,370,683,518, on
which must be subscribed and paid within three years from the date of
the Board.
