From our consideration:
To respond to the request of the Ministry of Agriculture on the opening of powers
buyers in corn and that COTRISA uses its financial capital to execute said
purchase program, the positions that the company had in the
financial market in order to finance this operation. The amounts involved,
agreed with the Directorate of Budgets and with the Ministry of Agriculture has a
range of MM$ 6,315 approximately.
