As of July 18, 2022, the Company has completed its process of transferring its
offices located on the 09th floor of the Helvecia Building, located on Avenida
Vitacura N” 2771, commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region, to the offices
located on the 2nd floor, in Los Militares N* 4777, commune of Las Condes, Region
Metropolitan, corresponding to your business address.
This change complements our purpose of strengthening, unifying and consolidating
our operations in the same physical location, in order to benefit our
Stakeholders.
In accordance with the above, the new business address of the Company for all
Legal effects corresponds to Los Militares N? 4777, 2nd floor, commune of Las Condes,
Metropolitan Region.
