10 of Law No. 18,045, in relation to the provisions of paragraph 2″ of Article 9 of D.F.L. N* 251
and in Section 1.1.2 of Circular No. 991 dated 23 January 1991 of the former
Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, I comply with reporting on behalf of Colmena
Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., as an essential fact, the following:
On May 24, 2022, in an ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Marta has been formalized
Cea Novoa as Compliance Officer of the Company and in charge of the Prevention Model
of the Crime, a position that he will begin to occupy from June 1, 2022.
